Nowadays, the use of one's own vehicle is causing an increasing number of cars in circulation in large cities and this leads to traffic jams and retentions that cause large emissions of CO2 into the atmosphere.

The operational group convened by the City Council is represented the Community of Madrid and the Ministry of the Interior.
