Another car brand joins the electric cars that should imagine the future of the automotive industry all over the planet. It will be enough to achieve what was promised at the COP in Paris last year if objectives are not framed where cars are also participants and allow urban centers, at least, to be conquered by cleaner energy.

With this in mind, British luxury car manufacturer Jaguar has unveiled its first electric vehicle at the LA Auto Show. What is surprising is that, instead of being a passenger car or a coupe, it has shown the I-Pace concept based on the company's SUV lineup.

While he has part of the DNA of the SUV line of the brand, the I-Pace has been designed from the ground up. A vehicle that uses a very special design as it is a concept car, such as the ability that passengers will have to look towards the sky by having a glass roof.

But the most important thing is the autonomy that this SUV will have when it is fully loaded and that is that this first electric car from the British brands 354 kilometers. This puts it on a par with the imminent Chevy Bolt y Tesla Model 3.

A vehicle that works thanks to 400 horsepower and that has a 90kWh lithium-ion battery under the passenger compartment. The idea behind this SUV is to create an electric car without any compromise. It is Jaguar itself that maintains that the design of the I-Pace is the closest they have ever been to the production of a vehicle for what is a concept car.

So this Jaguar electric SUV would be something very close to what the company would introduce at the end of 2017 so that it could be purchased in 2018.
