Most of the time we try not to generate too much waste but it is impossible, especially organic waste, which we cannot avoid.
We can reduce them by making our own compost to transform this waste into compost for our plants. However, not all of them are suitable for good compost.
Thinking about this problem a Israeli group has created a device that is capable of processing all kinds of organic waste, resulting in compost and gas at the same time.
Something that until now was quite difficult to do at a domestic level.
Said apparatus, with the name of Home biogas, aims to treat organic waste at a considerably low cost.
The unit can reach generate enough gas to cook in an interval of 2 to 4 days in a row and also produce 5 to 8 liters of fertilizer. Which is equivalent to processing 6 liters of food scraps per day or 15 liters of pet excrement.
The HomeBiogas device will be easy to use and transport, weighing only 40kg.
