Today we bring you 8 vegetables that they can grow back as many times as they want such as chives, garlic, Chinese cabbage, carrots, basil, celery, romaine lettuce or endive, and coriander. Eight possibilities to be able to always have this type of ingredients available for our kitchen and that allow us not to depend so much on the soil where we are going to plant them. With a flowerpot or a container with water we can have them whenever we want without having to spend anything to buy them in the supermarket.
Chives
Chives can grow back leaving the cut stem about 1 or 2 centimeters on the root to place them in a small glass of water covering them as you can see in the image.
Garlic
When the garlic begins to sprout the green tips, they can be put in a glass dish with a little water. The sprouts have a milder flavor than garlic and can be added to salads, dishes and other types of recipes.
Chinese cabbage
Chinese cabbage can grow back by putting it in a small container putting the root in the bottom with water. In 1 to 2 weeks, it can be transplanted into a pot with soil to grow a new head of cabbage.
Carrots
The top of the carrot can be put on a plate with a little water. Put the plate on a window ledge or a well-lit place, and you will have the leaves that will come out of the carrot to be able to use it in carrots
Basil

Celery

Romaine lettuce or endive

Cilantro
